Product Features

1 - Spraying with winter oil is a very necessary preventive measure to reduce and limit the number of pests

2 - It is used to combat scale insects, other insects, spider eggs and aphids by preventing the hatching of eggs as it covers the egg with a thin layer and prevents its breathing and thus prevents its hatching on apples, almonds and other deciduous trees

Preparation for winter spraying

1 - Preparation for winter spraying of trees begins after mid-autumn by removing fallen leaves and broken branches from under the tree and removing them outside the farm and burning them to get rid of a large percentage of pathogens

2 - Then we peel the main and basic trunks of the tree and remove the peels that often contain various insect eggs

3 - Sometimes the fall of dry leaves is delayed in warm areas as we shake the trees to complete the fall of the leaves so that the spray solution reaches all parts of the tree

Spraying time

4 - Spraying begins from the time the leaves fall completely until about a month before the buds open 12 (December) to February (February) depending on the region and its climate

5 - Which almonds should be sprayed earlier than others due to the early opening of their buds

Winter oil spraying time

1 - The tree should be sprayed completely and abundantly, taking care not to spray if the winds are strong or the temperature is less than 8 degrees Celsius

2 - It is preferable to spray twice before pruning and after pruning

3 - It is sprayed during the dormant stage of the sap and before the buds open

4 - There should be no rainfall for 48 hours

Usage rate

2 liters / 100 liters of water, with the necessity of continuing the mixing process during spraying

Royal X winter oil can be mixed with most pesticides except sulfur
